Where it fits in smart glasses
Smart glasses are one of seven product lines (ATS3089C and ATW6095 glasses SoCs with dual-mode Bluetooth 6.0). Its 2026 interim report says its AI-glasses solutions are in mass production at several brand customers (unnamed) and lists INMO and Halliday among its wearable customers.
What the evidence establishes
Smart-glasses evidenceDisclosed: Actions’ 2026 interim report says its AI-glasses solutions are in mass production at several unnamed brand customers and lists INMO and Halliday among wearable customers.
An explicit smart-glasses product, design-in, supply role, program, application page or partnership, including wrist or ring input sold with glasses. For a device maker, it means the company’s own glasses, not a supplier relationship. This does not establish revenue, market share, volumes or future sourcing.

| How we know | Disclosed The company’s own filing, release, annual report, product page or investor record describes the smart-glasses role. Where customers are unnamed, the listing says so. |

Keep in perspective
No named glasses product is tied to a specific Actions chip.
Specialist business exposure. This describes the breadth or role of the business; it is not an investment rating. A smart-glasses product, design-in or partnership does not by itself establish material glasses revenue, market share, or future returns.
Connections to the assembly
These links explain the technology relationship. The model is illustrative and does not represent an actual manufacturer’s bill of materials.
AR SoC
An AR-class SoC such as Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 runs the camera ISP, on-device AI, audio and display timing. With no fan and skin contact, sustained power stays around 1-2 W.
Scope of the company links: Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 is teardown-verified in Meta Ray-Ban Display (TechInsights) and Oakley Meta HSTN (iFixit) and named in Samsung’s and Rokid’s releases. Bestechnic and Actions sell dedicated glasses SoCs and report glasses mass production in their 2025-26 filings. Arm licenses the CPU/NPU IP (Arm calls Meta’s Ray-Ban glasses Arm-based); it does not make chips.
Low-power co-processor
An always-on chip handles the wake word, Bluetooth audio and sensor duties so the main SoC can sleep; Bestechnic BES2700/BES2800 and NXP RT600 are named examples. Here it sits on a small board in the other temple.
Scope of the company links: Always-on MCUs, audio SoCs and bridging FPGAs: Bestechnic BES2700/2800 beside AR1 in Xiaomi and Quark glasses (launch coverage, not OEM spec pages); NXP i.MX RT600 beside AR1 in Rokid Ai Glasses Style (Rokid releases, Jan 2026); Actions glasses SoCs in mass production at unnamed brands; Nordic nRF52840 in Blucap Moto HUD sunglasses and ViXion01S (Nordic releases); Nordic and Lattice CrossLink-NX in Brilliant Labs Frame (sold out; its successor Halo uses a private Alif chip); ST STM32 (catalog positioning).
Audio DSP & amplifier
Beamforming, noise suppression and amplification run in the SoC, a Bluetooth audio co-processor or a discrete amplifier; placement varies.
Scope of the company links: Audio SoCs, voice co-processors and amplifiers: Bestechnic and Actions glasses SoCs; Awinic’s AI-glasses amplifiers are in mass production at wearable-AI customers (H1 2026 report); TI’s TPA2011D1 drives the speakers in Brilliant Labs Halo, and TI lists TAA3020/TAD5242 converters on its AR-glasses page; NXP markets i.MX RT audio co-processors. In AR1 designs much of the DSP runs on the Qualcomm SoC, which is listed under Processors.
Wi-Fi / Bluetooth radio
A combined radio keeps a low-power Bluetooth link to the phone and uses Wi-Fi for photo and video transfer. Shipping glasses list Wi-Fi 6 up to Wi-Fi 7.
Scope of the company links: Qualcomm pairs AR1 Gen 1 with FastConnect 7800 (Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4; AR1 product brief). Bestechnic (BES2800BP: Wi-Fi 6 + Bluetooth 6.1) and Actions (Bluetooth 6.0) integrate radios in glasses SoCs. Nordic’s nRF52840 is the Bluetooth radio in Blucap Moto HUD sunglasses (Nordic release) and Brilliant Labs Frame. NXP (IW611), ST (BLE) and Synaptics (headsets) market radios.
