Its 2025 annual report and 2026 interim report say Meta, Google, Alibaba, Xiaomi, Xiaotiancai, Rokid and RayNeo use its products in AI/AR glasses and smartwatches, and cite deepening cooperation with Meta as AI glasses ramp. Meta has not confirmed.

What the evidence establishes

Smart-glasses evidence

Disclosed: BIWIN’s 2025 annual report and 2026 interim report say Meta, Google, Alibaba, Xiaomi, Rokid, RayNeo and others use its products in AI/AR glasses and smartwatches.

An explicit smart-glasses product, design-in, supply role, program, application page or partnership, including wrist or ring input sold with glasses. For a device maker, it means the company’s own glasses, not a supplier relationship. This does not establish revenue, market share, volumes or future sourcing.

Keep in perspective

Meta has not confirmed, and no teardown identifies BIWIN memory in a Meta product. Its edge-storage revenue mixes glasses and watches and is never shown as glasses revenue.

Specialist business exposure. This describes the breadth or role of the business; it is not an investment rating. A smart-glasses product, design-in or partnership does not by itself establish material glasses revenue, market share, or future returns.

Connections to the assembly

LPDDR memory & flash

Working memory, stacked on the SoC here, plus flash for photos, video and software. Meta Ray-Ban Display pairs 2 GB of LPDDR4X with 32 GB of flash.

Scope of the company links: BIWIN’s 2025 annual report and 2026 interim report say Meta and others use its ePOP in AI/AR glasses and smartwatches (supplier filing; Meta has not confirmed). Micron markets memory for AR glasses with no named customer. AR1 Gen 1 supports LPDDR4x (Qualcomm brief). The memory vendors in teardown Meta glasses are unidentified, so SK hynix, Samsung and Kioxia are not mapped.
