Where it fits in smart glasses
AI-glasses application page lists Smart K audio amplifiers, a 4-channel audio ADC, Hall and capacitive wear/touch sensing, linear Li-ion chargers, DC/DC and LDOs, and input OVP. Its H1 2026 report says its ultra-low-power AI-glasses audio amplifiers are in mass production at multiple wearable-AI customers and its PD PHY ships at scale in AI glasses, and it names Meta, Rokid, XREAL, RayNeo, Insta360 and ByteDance among wearables customers (products not specified).
What the evidence establishes
Smart-glasses evidenceDisclosed: Awinic’s H1 2026 report says its AI-glasses audio amplifiers are in mass production at multiple wearable-AI customers and names Meta, Rokid, XREAL, RayNeo, Insta360 and ByteDance among wearables customers.
An explicit smart-glasses product, design-in, supply role, program, application page or partnership, including wrist or ring input sold with glasses. For a device maker, it means the company’s own glasses, not a supplier relationship. This does not establish revenue, market share, volumes or future sourcing.

Keep in perspective
The report names wearable customers but not which part ships in which glasses.
Specialist business exposure. This describes the breadth or role of the business; it is not an investment rating. A smart-glasses product, design-in or partnership does not by itself establish material glasses revenue, market share, or future returns.
Connections to the assembly
These links explain the technology relationship. The model is illustrative and does not represent an actual manufacturer’s bill of materials.
Touch strip & capture button
Electrodes under the temple skin sense taps and swipes through the frame material; a mechanical button over a dome switch triggers capture.
Scope of the company links: Awinic lists capacitive wear/touch detection (AW93208) on its AI-glasses page; the touch controller in Meta glasses is not identified.
Hinge-state sensor
A Hall or TMR sensor and a small magnet detect when the temple folds, so the glasses can sleep.
Scope of the company links: TDK markets TMR sensors for glasses hinges (in use or closed); Awinic lists Hall switches and latches on its AI-glasses page. Magnet suppliers are not mapped.
Audio DSP & amplifier
Beamforming, noise suppression and amplification run in the SoC, a Bluetooth audio co-processor or a discrete amplifier; placement varies.
Scope of the company links: Audio SoCs, voice co-processors and amplifiers: Bestechnic and Actions glasses SoCs; Awinic’s AI-glasses amplifiers are in mass production at wearable-AI customers (H1 2026 report); TI’s TPA2011D1 drives the speakers in Brilliant Labs Halo, and TI lists TAA3020/TAD5242 converters on its AR-glasses page; NXP markets i.MX RT audio co-processors. In AR1 designs much of the DSP runs on the Qualcomm SoC, which is listed under Processors.
PMIC & charger
The power-management IC generates the supply rails for the SoC, display and sensors and controls charging. In this archetype it sits on the logic board in the other temple.
Scope of the company links: TI’s BQ25170 charger is documented in Brilliant Labs Halo and Analog Devices’ MAX77654 (with integrated charger) in the sold-out Brilliant Labs Frame; TI, ST, NXP and Awinic (AW32002/AW32005/AW32012 chargers, DC/DC, LDOs) market glasses power management. Meta designed a custom power chip for the Orion prototype.
