Rarely. For Alphabet, Samsung, Alibaba and Amazon, glasses are one product line inside a much larger business. Meta does not break out glasses revenue in its filings. Vuzix is a listed specialist but very small.
How are rumored products shown?
As “Reported, unconfirmed”, with the outlet and date, in caveats and the watchlist only. A rumor never sets an evidence category, a sector membership or a part link.
Meta leads smart-glasses shipments in both IDC and Omdia data, although the two firms define the market differently. Alphabet with Samsung, Snap, Alibaba and Amazon sell or have announced their own glasses. Apple is listed for Vision Pro and has not announced smart glasses.

Disclosed: Google’s I/O 2026 post describes the Android XR eyewear built with Samsung and its frame partners; Kering Eyewear’s partnership was announced separately in May 2025.
Disclosed: Amazon describes HUD glasses for its delivery associates, with 275,000+ deliveries in testing. Vuzix separately reports delivering Ultralite Pro glasses to Amazon for testing.
Disclosed: EssilorLuxottica’s releases and 2025 Universal Registration Document describe the Meta partnership, over 7 million AI-glasses units sold in 2025 and its own wearables manufacturing.
Disclosed: Meta’s own newsroom describes the glasses and the Neural Band it designs and sells. As a device maker, its evidence concerns its own products, not supply to others.
Disclosed: Vuzix’s Q2 2026 results describe its nano-imprint waveguides and OEM glasses, including Ultralite Pro units delivered to Amazon for testing.
XR products: Apple’s newsroom documents Vision Pro with the M5 chip and custom micro-OLED displays. It is a headset, not glasses.
