Where it fits in an AI server rack

Dover’s FY2025 10-K says its Pumps & Process Solutions businesses, which make fluid transfer connectors, serve thermal management “including liquid cooling of server racks and chips in data centers,” with R&D on data-center cooling applications supporting AI investment; its brazed plate heat exchangers (SWEP) see a growing data-center opportunity. NVIDIA named CPC (Colder Products Company, a Dover subsidiary per its Exhibit 21) among Blackwell partners (Oct 2024).

AI-rack evidence

Partner-disclosed: NVIDIA’s Oct 2024 OCP post names CPC, which Dover’s 10-K Exhibit 21 lists as a subsidiary; the 10-K describes connectors used in liquid cooling of server racks.

An explicit AI-server or AI-rack product, design-in, supply role, program, reference design or partnership, such as a part named for rack-scale AI systems or a product sold for AI data centers. For a rack builder, it means the company’s own AI servers or racks. This does not establish revenue, market share, volumes or future sourcing.

Keep in perspective

Dover does not break out data-center revenue or name customers, and the 10-K does not name CPC’s products (cpcworldwide.com blocked automated access). SWEP heat exchangers are not mapped to a part.

Diversified business exposure. This describes the breadth or role of the business; it is not an investment rating. An AI-server product, design-in or partnership does not by itself establish material AI-rack revenue, market share, or future returns.

Dripless couplings at each tray connection. They seal both sides when unplugged, so a tray can be removed without draining the loop.
