Fositek

UQD quick disconnects and AI-server slide rails

Where it fits in an AI server rack

Its 2025 annual report says it passed water-cooling supply certification and entered the GB200/GB300 supply chain, that its “Cold Plate + UQD” solution entered the supply chains of the four major North American CSPs, that its no-drip UQDs passed Rubin testing, and that it makes high-load rails for architectures such as GB300. Server products rose from 5.3% of revenue in 2024 to 36.3% in 2025 and 55.7% in H1 2026 (NT$4.42 billion).

What the evidence establishes

AI-rack evidence

Disclosed: Fositek’s 2025 annual report says its UQDs entered the GB200/GB300 supply chain and passed Rubin testing; its H1 2026 results put servers at 55.7% of revenue.

An explicit AI-server or AI-rack product, design-in, supply role, program, reference design or partnership, such as a part named for rack-scale AI systems or a product sold for AI data centers. For a rack builder, it means the company’s own AI servers or racks. This does not establish revenue, market share, volumes or future sourcing.

Keep in perspective

The CSPs and platform customers are not named, and quick disconnects are not split from rails. AVC holds 16.87% and consolidates it, and the cold-plate half of its “Cold Plate + UQD” offer is tied to AVC, so Fositek is linked only to quick disconnects and rails.

Specialist business exposure. This describes the breadth or role of the business; it is not an investment rating. An AI-server product, design-in or partnership does not by itself establish material AI-rack revenue, market share, or future returns.

Connections to the assembly

These links explain the technology relationship. The model is illustrative and does not represent an actual manufacturer’s bill of materials.

Quick disconnects

Dripless couplings at each tray connection. They seal both sides when unplugged, so a tray can be removed without draining the loop.

Scope of the company links: Fositek says its UQDs entered the GB200/GB300 supply chain and passed Rubin testing (2025 annual report); Envicool says NVIDIA listed its UQDs (OCP 2024) and its UQDs and MQDs (OCP 2025) among MGX ecosystem partners; Auras shows quick disconnects in its AI liquid-cooling line-up; Amphenol markets UQD, UQDB, BMQC and MQD couplings for AI data-center liquid cooling; Dover’s CPC is an NVIDIA-named Blackwell partner and Dover’s 10-K cites connectors for liquid cooling of server racks; JetCool (Flex) offers manifolds and quick disconnects. Parker was not verified as a quick-disconnect supplier in our sources, and Nidec’s quick couplings are made for its own CDUs. Stäubli and Danfoss, both NVIDIA-named, are private. Luxshare lists blind-mate quick connectors for AI racks.

Slide rails

Telescopic ball-bearing rails that let a heavy tray slide out for service and keep it aligned as it docks into the rear connectors.

Scope of the company links: King Slide’s 2024 Sustainability Report lists an ‘Advanced AI Server Rail’ among its 2024 developments and a strategy of deeper penetration of cloud data centers (11.0 million rail sets made in 2024). Its customers and GB200/GB300 platform wins are press-reported (CommonWealth, May 2026), not disclosed. Other rail makers (the private Accuride, and Taiwan’s Nan Juen) could not be verified in our September 2026 review and are not listed. Fositek says it makes high-load rails for architectures such as GB300 (2025 annual report); AVC holds 16.87% of Fositek and consolidates it.
